Pauline (Pat) Morris

Mrs Pauline (Pat) Morris passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 after a heart attack.
She was born on June 20, 1924, in Hepner, Oregon to Homer Eldon and Maythe Lubig Tilley and was raised in the Yakima area. She worked in the shipyards in Portland during World War II. At the end of the war, she met and married Willard Tom Morris, they moved to Leavenworth, where she bore five children, Jim, deceased, Dan of the family home, Diana, Ted and Jerry of Vancouver, Washington.
She worked several years as a realtor, and then began writing history articles for the Leavenworth Echo, in her column  “Along the Wenatchee.”
She is also survived by three grandchildren, Mathew, Kyle and Shawna and six great Grandchildren, all in the Vancouver area.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 28, at Cascade Mountain Bible Church at 10 a.m.
