Leavenworth Library Booktoberfest winners

The library had creative fun with a Library Booktoberfest Arts & Literature Contest. Visit  the library to view the 45 pieces in the art show through December 16. A panel of 10 anonymous community members judged the submissions based on the question “What does “Booktoberfest” mean to you?” Hint: there are no right or wrong answers.

See the result of the community art project. Countless hands helped create a 4x6 foot panel, using 60 doodles and 160 squares, decorated during the month of October with much enthusiasm. Thanks everyone for participating, creating, and enjoying art.
