Penny Carpenter, the newly elected 44th president of the Leavenworth Rotary Club dressed in her Scottish regalia celebrates with John Fishburne the outgoing Rotary President at a dinner event at Red Tail Canyon Farms in Leavenworth last Thursday evening. Penny will start her presidency on July 1 as all Rotary Clubs do.
