Leavenworth Rotary receives Presidential Citation

District 5060 Governor nominee Karl Ruether and 2018-2109 Leavenworth Rotary President Penny Carpenter received the Rotary Citation With Presidential Distinction award from Rotary International recently. The award is given to those clubs that have distinguished themselves through the efforts to Support and Strengthen their club, Increase Humanitarian Service and Enhance the Public Image and Awareness of Rotary.
