January 21, 1963-August 26, 2022
Terry Michael West passed on Friday August 26, 2022, at the age 59 found at home doing what he did. Born on January 21, 1963 and raised in Peshastin and lifelong resident of the Valley.
He is survived by 2 daughters Tonya and Natasha West. 3 brothers William, Robert, and Raymond West, 1 sister Susan Dodrill. Proceeded by his brother David West and sister Glendora Haskett.
Graveside service was held on Friday Sept. 2, 2022, at the Cashmere Cemetery where countless loved ones and co-workers showed and gave respect. “The compound” provided space for gathering following where Terry was together shared by stories told, photos taken, and traditions had.
He was a hard worker and spent a well-earned 30 years at Selland Construction where he will be remembered indefinitely. Terry was more than a good enough father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
He found himself in the woods and up the Icicle River often and that’s where he loved to be when he wasn’t out fishing, hunting mushrooms, running into wildlife, or with his family.
We know he’d want us all to rest in each other, love always, and give thanks often.
He will be remembered always and loved by us all.
He will always be with us in memories made, by his laugh, his smile, his eyes, crazy hair, mostly his hugs . His spirit lives on in song, and we can find reminders of him almost everywhere and in each other.
We find great comfort knowing he is at peace now and will rest amongst his Father Archibald “Bud” his Mother Esther E. West and brother David West and other family members.
He remains forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed and loved Always.
