LEAVENWORTH — Community members are invited to attend a celebration honoring outgoing Cascade Medical Commissioner Tom Baranouskas during the Cascade Medical Foundation’s Benevolent Night on April 7 at München Haus.
Baranouskas recently announced his retirement after 11 years as an elected commissioner. He is a long-time Lake Wenatchee resident and has also served as a past Foundation board member. In addition, he is an active member of the Lake Wenatchee Fire & Rescue Auxiliary.
A short presentation recognizing Baranouskas will take place at 5 p.m. near the Foundation information table. Attendees will have an opportunity to share stories and greet him during the event.
The Benevolent Night will run from 4 to 8 p.m. München Haus will donate 25 percent of all proceeds from the evening to support the Cascade Medical Foundation’s current campaign to purchase new equipment for the Cascade Medical Endoscopy Suite.
