FedEx shipping returns to Leavenworth with new drop-off location

LEAVENWORTH — Starting Jan. 12, residents won’t have to drive far to ship their packages through FedEx.

FedEx shipping will be available at the local party supply boutique Mint+Sprinkle. Customers can drop off their pre-labeled packages, purchase shipping supplies and print their shipping label at the store. The FedEx services will be available during the shop's regular hours, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pick up times are 1 p.m. for Express shipping and 3 p.m. for Ground shipping. UPS shipping is not yet available, but Mint+Sprinkle said it was working on it.

The shop is located in the Innsbrucker Building at 703 US-2. For those making a quick drop, there is a free 15-minute customer load and unload area in front of the building, according to Mint+Sprinkle.

“We are thrilled to make shipping easier for our local community,” said Mint+Sprinkle owner Lindsay Schaible, in an announcement.

A local option for FedEx shipping has not been available since the closure of Das Copy in March 2025. The next nearest option is The Dispatch Mailroom in Cashmere, which offers packing and shipping for all carriers, mailbox rentals and delivery holding, and printing services. The Dispatch is located in Sidestreet Cashmere, 109 Railroad Ave., and is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Additionally, Cashmere Valley Bank has a FedEx drop box outside, according to the FedEx site. The bank is located at 127 Easy Street, Cashmere.
