NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CITY OF LEAVENWORTH MID-BIENNIUM 2025 - 2026 BUDGET UPDATE AND DETERMINATION OF PROPERTY TAX RATE / AD VALOREM TAX FOR 2026 The Leavenworth City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Leavenworth City Hall on the City of Leavenworth mid-biennium 2025 - 2026 budget update that includes proposed expenditures and revenue sources as well as consideration for increases in the 2026 property tax / ad valorem tax. Copies of the mid-biennium budget presentation will be available on or before October 24, 2025, at Leavenworth City Hall, 700 Highway 2, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The public is invited to attend said hearing and make comment. Chantell R.
