NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Cashmere Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing on Monday January 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Cashmere City Hall, 101 Woodring St. to review and consider the following consolidated permit applications submitted by Marc Spears. A major subdivision application to divide a parcel into twelve (12) separate lots for single family homes. The property is approximately 3.87 acres, average of lot sizes is 12,500 S.F. Property is located West of Evergreen Drive, North of Kimber Rd. within Cashmere City Limits. Chelan County Assessor’s Parcel 23-19-05-21-08-50.The purpose of this hearing is for the hearing examiner to review these proposals and take testimony from the public. The Hearing Examiner may approve, approve with conditions or deny the application and shall issue a written decision on the applications within 10 working days of the close of public testimony.
