NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Cashmere Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the Cashmere City Hall, 101 Woodring Street, to review and consider the following consolidated permit applications submitted by FCS International, Inc. A major subdivision application to divide a parcel into 18 separate lots for single family homes. The property is approximately 190,596 sq ft, the lots are proposed to range in size from approximately 7,015 sq/ft to 20,331 sq/ft. The property is located on the North side of Kimber Rd, between Evergreen Dr and Locust Lane, in the City of Cashmere, Chelan County, Washington. The Chelan County Assessor’s Parcel # is 23-19-05-210-725. The purpose of this hearing is for the Hearing Examiner to review these proposals and take testimony from the public. The Hearing Examiner may approve, approve with conditions or deny the application and shall issue a written decision on the applications within 10 working days of the close of public testimony.
