LEAVENWORTH — Tickets are now on sale for Leavenworth’s annual Oktoberfest festival, which will transform the Bavarian Village into a festive, music-filled celebration of German culture. The 2026 festival will be held over three weekends: Oct. 2-3, 9-10, and 16-17.
To build excitement leading up to the festival, the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce has also launched its Talkin’ Schnitzel YouTube Podcast. The first two episodes share insider tips, explore Bavarian traditions, and highlight what makes Leavenworth Oktoberfest such a unique experience. Audio-only episodes are also available wherever you listen to podcasts.
This year’s festival will feature three stages of live entertainment and beer gardens at the Leavenworth Festhalle and Front Street Park. The festival will feature talent from Europe, including Swiss sensation Oesch’s die Dritten during the first weekend, and Austria’s Freddy Pfister Band on the third weekend.
It will also have returning favorites, such as S-Bahn, West Coast Prost, Michael Stoessl, AlpenFolk, Smilin’ Scandinavians, and Ted Lunka Polka Band. The lineup aims to bring the energy all three weekends, featuring European Take-Out over the second weekend, with the yodeling queen Manuela Horn on the third weekend.
Traditional performances will round out the festival, including the Enzian Schuhplattler Dancers, Edelweiss Dance Academie, Tirolean Dancers of Portland, and Leavenworth Alphorns.
Oktoberfest in Leavenworth is produced by the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce, the same team behind events like Christmastown, Winter Karneval, Love from Leavenworth, and Maifest. It is made possible with sponsor support, including Rhein Haus, which is supporting travel costs for European bands, and SOUTH Leavenworth, which is supporting zero-waste efforts. München Haus Bavarian Beer & Brat Garden, Leavenworth Coffee & Waffles and Kris Kringl are sponsoring Kinderplatz, the festival’s family-friendly zone.
