The Leavenworth Women’s Exchange monthly luncheon meeting will be resuming on Wednesday October 12, at noon at the Icicle Inn Restaurant, 505 Highway 2, Leavenworth. The cost is $20 per person for members.  Lunch buffet, beverage, tax, and gratuity are included.  Andrew DeMoss, owner of Schocolat, will present a program titled “Well Tempered: A Chocolate Term and How We Treat Our Customers”. Cash or check only. München Haus Benevolent Night 

Tuesday, October 4th from 4 p.m. to closing. If you like cold brews and hot brats, then join us at München Haus in Leavenworth for their Wellness Place benevolent night they will donate 25% of all dine-in and takeout sales to Wellness Place.

 The Wenatchee Area Genealogical Society will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, October 10, at 2 p.m. both in person and via Zoom. The in-person meeting will take place at the Douglas PUD Auditorium, 1151 Valley Mall Parkway, East  Wenatchee. Contact WAGSLibrarian@gmail.com to receive Zoom information. Wellness Place presents "A Mindset of Meaning" Educational Class

This class is designed for, and FREE for cancer patients, cancer survivors, or caregivers and loved ones of a cancer warrior. Presented by Dr. Chandra Villano, ND and Kari Lyons-Price, MSW Registration is required Saturday, October 8, from 1-4 p.m. for an afternoon of learning how to cultivate tools to support meaning and well-being. Wellness Place is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and we give compassionate support and free resources to individuals, their families, and caregivers through their cancer journey, from diagnosis to survivorship, for those residing in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties.
