Jim Adamson Dedication

A community ribbon ceremony was dedicated to Jim Adamson for the Jim Adamson Soccer Field at Beaver Valley Elementary School on August 18 in Plain, WA.  Jim was a lifelong Rotarian, a past Rotary District Governor, educator, and coach for youth sports in the local community and the state. The project included installing irrigation lines,  new soccer goal posts, marking the field,  and  purchasing a proper mower to maintain the field. The Leavenworth Rotary contributed funds and many volunteer hours to help make the Plain field a reality, partnering with Rotary District 5060, Cascade School District, the Leavenworth Soccer Club, Lake Wenatchee Fire Rescue Auxiliary, Fire District 9, and the Plain Community.  His wife Carol and many family, and friends were in attendance.
